The origin of EP YAYING Fashion Group's beautiful enterprise can be traced back to Jiaxing in Jiangnan China, during the country's period of economic reform in 1979, when late founder Zhang Baorong pioneered the establishment of the first collectively owned village apparel enterprise in Luodong village – Luodong Garment Factory.


Against a backdrop of extremely difficult social and economic conditions, Zhang Baorong undertook the management of Luodong Hongzheng Garment Factory and began specializing in the production of women's silk clothing and men's shirts. His son, Zhang Hwaming, joined the business shortly after.


Zhang Hwaming and his wife, Dai Xueming, successfully opened up and expanded the Beijing market with Jiangnan's high-quality silk clothing.


Zhang Hwaming registered the trademark for the brand "YAYING".


Zhang Huaming officially took over the company as General Manager and began transforming YAYING as a high-quality women's fashion brand.


During the SARS outbreak, YAYING was in a commercial downturn. The company survived against all difficulties by actively carried out internal training for 100 days, established the 6+1 business model, and launched a comprehensive transformation and upgrading.


EP YAYING held its first fashion show at the China International Fashion Week.


The Group launched it new "Double Love' fashion brand.


Double Love rolled out its brand revamp with its new flagship store at Nanjing.


The Group launched its contemporary designer brand N.Paia.


As "Global Partner" to the Milan World Expo, EP YAYING designed and created the uniforms for the China Pavilion.


The Group launched a new concept multi-brand factory retailer, DA YA JIA, and opened childrenswear retailer brand, LITTLE SPACE.


N.Paia held its first fashion show at the China Fashion Week. EP YAYING Fashion Group became the permanent strategic partner for the World Internet Conference.


The Group celebrated its 30th Anniversary with a huge gala held at Wuzhen, themed "Dignified and Elegant Hearts", pledging to a new 30 years ahead. EP YAYING held its first dual-brand fashion show, themed EP YAYING Night, to launch its EP 2019S/S and YAYING Haute Couture collection, at the 2019 China international Fashion Week. EP YAYING opened its first store in the SEA region, in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur in 2018, and began to rollout more stores globally.


EP YAYING transformed and established a new product style: younger, more fun and ageless, and with a new visual image that match the younger customer market. YAYING launched its 2020 haute couture collection in its debut solo fashion show with the theme of “HwaShan” on the rooftop of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.


After the outbreak of COVID-19, YAYING actively responded to the epidemic and displayed social responsibilities. During the Spring Festival, 501 people supported the production of medical protective clothing; the supply chain was rapidly transformed and fully engaged in the production of protective masks for civilian use, with a cumulative total of more than 9.27 million masks; a donation of 3 million yuan was made to the anti-epidemic work in Wuhan and Jiaxing, through the Red Cross Society of Jiaxing City.


After 5 years, EP YAYING Fashion & Arts Centre was officially opened, affirming its commitment to the communication of arts, culture, Chinese heritage and contemporary fashion. The Centre was designed by famous Chinese architect Zhang Yong He and occupied a total area of 37 acres and a floor area of 25,000 square meters.
